Location Scouting & Permit/Insurance

For Boudoir, If outdoors I either know the area well or have thoroughly researched it to ensure you experience the best views and landmarks. If indoor or on private property - I assist with all necessary photography permits and am a full-time, fully insured photographer, providing venue insurance forms if needed (such as historic estates or private venues) if required. Any photo studio, Airbnb, or Hotel rentals are an additional fee and are paid directly to the rental property booking.

Congratulations! I’d love to hear all about your story and vision for your Boudoir session. Fill out the inquiry form with as many details as you’d like—plus any of your unique questions not covered in my FAQs! Once the inquiry form is submitted, on the next page, please schedule our Intro Consultation Call.

Custom Price Sheet & Confirming Scheduled Call

Within 72 business hours, I’ll email you a custom-detailed pricing (investment) sheet for you to choose which experience fits you best.. Here you may add-on any additional services or keepsakes, creating a custom tailored proposal draft invoice for you to view, and portraits guide covering my process. If everything resonates, please confirm our scheduled Intro Consultation Call and clarify which format you’d like (Phone Call, Facetime or Zoom) so we may go over your chosen details in transparency.

Introduction Call & Booking Process

Our initial journey together is focused on aligning our vision and ensuring every detail of your boudoir photo session is accounted for.

The Introductory Call

During our call, we will dive into your photo session details and address any specific questions. To ensure your vision is fully supported, we will:

  • Discuss your boudoir photo session vision.
  • Discuss any possible keepsake options.
  • Review your proposal and my workflow process. 
  • Possibly create a draft photo session day timeline to confirm you  have the proper coverage for your needs.
  • Answer any remaining questions you may have.

Finalizing Your Proposal

Following our conversation, I will make any necessary adjustments to your proposal based on our discussion. You will then receive a final version containing:

  • A customized monthly payment plan or larger lump sums depending on your package.
  • The contract agreement for your review.

Securing Your Date

To officially reserve your date on my calendar, please sign the agreement and submit the non-refundable retainer within 72 hours. Please note that all proposals and special offers expire after this window.

After booking, you will receive a detailed Boudoir Questionnaire. This is designed to be a fun way for me (and you!) to learn the nuances of your unique story, allowing me to personalize every aspect of your photography experience. This will have to be submitted before your photo session.

It would be devastating to lose these tangible reminders of your precious memories. Learning proper storage is crucial to preserving and protecting your gallery for years to come. Your online gallery link will expire within 3 months (to keep online gallery storage space up to date), so be sure to download, order from the attached print store, and purchase any necessary keepsakes for you and others to feel for a lifetime. As a courtesy service, I personally keep every client gallery safely stored in case needed in the future; however, I may not be held responsible forever, as I am passionate about teaching others how to properly store their own photo galleries for safekeeping.

What about RAW files? In plain English: Think of RAW files as the unfiltered, unedited, straight-from-my-camera negatives—they are huge files and adjustable (if you know how to edit). They’re not ready to post on Insta (they won't fit, the file size is too large, will look flat, and are not a good representation of my creative work), but they’re the digital master tapes, and I certainly don't mind handing them over for your safekeeping. (This means I will no longer be keeping the files safe for you!) Want them? I’ll pop the RAW files on a second, bigger USB alongside your edited JPEGs.
